Protection of Water in Non-International Armed Conflictsحماية المياه خلال النزاعات المسلحة غير الدوليةThis paper addresses the question of how non-State armed groups weaponise water in non-international armed conflicts, and the means through which they can ensure improved water protection and management, both during and in the aftermath of an armed conflict.
