International Day of the Disappeared

On this International Day of the Disappeared, we stand in solidarity with the countless families around the world who have lost loved ones due to enforced disappearances. Whether occurring in the context of armed conflict, violence, disasters, or migration, the pain of not knowing the fate and whereabouts of a missing relative is a profound burden that no one should have to bear.
