ICC Arrest Warrants Against Israeli and Hamas Officials

On 21 November 2024, in a momentous development, Pre-Trial Chamber I of the ICC issued arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, and the Commander-in-Chief of Hamas’ military wing, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri (‘Deif’), for war crimes and crimes against humanity allegedly committed in Israel and the oPt since 7 October 2023.
